3. No Therapist-Client Relationship

A therapist-client relationship is established only after appropriate intake procedures, informed consent, and mutual agreement to provide clinical services.

The Mental Health Co-Op strives to provide high-quality continuing education opportunities for professionals. While we may design courses to meet certain continuing education requirements, licensing requirements vary by profession, jurisdiction, and licensing board.

Participants are solely responsible for verifying whether a course satisfies the requirements of their licensing board or credentialing organization.

Completion of a course does not guarantee licensure, certification, employment, promotion, or professional advancement.

Unless otherwise stated on a specific course page:

Refund requests submitted at least fourteen (14) calendar days before the scheduled start date of a course or training will be eligible for a refund.
Approved refunds are subject to a processing fee of up to $150. The applicable processing fee, if any, will be disclosed on the individual course or training information page.
Refund requests received within thirteen (13) calendar days of the course or training start date are not eligible for a refund.
Processing fees, third-party transaction fees and other non-recoverable administrative costs may be nonrefundable.

Additional refund terms may apply to specific programs/courses and will be disclosed on the applicable program/course information page and/or registration page.

10. Privacy

Your use of the Website is governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information.
