Our Employer Philosophy
At The Mental Health Co-Op (TMHC) we understand the importance of a workplace that feels calm, caring, supportive, and welcoming of your authentic self. We believe that regulated nervous systems—and environments that support them—are foundational to effective therapeutic work. When people feel grounded and resourced, they are better able to thrive both personally and professionally. With this in mind, we’ve intentionally built a culture that prioritizes diversity, authenticity, collaboration, and true work–life balance—honoring that your emotional health, family needs, and overall well-being matter.
If this philosophy aligns with your values and needs, we would love to hear from you—you may be exactly the right fit for our community.
At TMHC we provide a warm, relational environment that is rooted in compassion and professionalism, prioritizing both client care and clinician well-being. Our therapists are able to focus on meaningful clinical work and professional growth while we handle the administrative details.
Our team is known for offering compassionate, culturally responsive care to individuals, couples, and families in the Mat-Su Valley. We help clients reconnect with hope, heal what hurts, and face future challenges with confidence. We serve a wide range of clients and are committed to supporting clinicians as they develop and refine their own areas of interest and expertise. We value bottom up approaches that are trauma-informed, nervous-system–informed, and attachment-based.
We are seeking team members who bring a steady, grounded presence and a deep respect for clients’ lived experiences.
