Helps adults and adolescents 16+, couples, and families with adolescents 16+ experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. Approaches: CBT, Emotionally Focused Therapy for couples and individuals, EMDR.

I work with adults, couples, adolescents ages 16+, as well as families navigating the impacts of trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, attachment injuries, and other life stressors. My approach is warm and collaborative, creating a space where clients feel seen and understood. I believe that healing happens within the safety of supportive relationships, including therapeutic or close interpersonal relationships. I help to create a level of safety that supports open communication and increases the capacity to work through difficult life experiences. I want clients get to a place where they feel confident and secure in themselves, their decisions, coping abilities, and important relationships.

Born and raised in Alaska, I deeply understand the unique challenges that can come with living and parenting in a place where long winters, environmental stressors, and the demands of daily life can deeply impact emotional well-being and relationships. I also personally understand the difficulties that may come with navigating life from a neurodiverse lens and am passionate in helping those who may be experiencing difficulties related to their own, or their loved ones,’ neurodiversity.

I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to further support you in healing from trauma and recovering from other stressful experiences. Through an attachment-based and trauma-informed lens, I help clients better understand themselves, their emotional patterns, and the ways past experiences may continue to shape the present. I view each client as the expert in their own life and work alongside them to foster healing, connection, resilience, and lasting change.
