Welcome! Reaching out can be one of the most difficult steps in getting support, and I’m glad you are taking that step.

I work with adults, adolescents 16+, and couples experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship stress, neurodivergence, life transitions, and parenting stressors. I’m especially passionate about working with those who feel stuck in different areas or capacities in their lives. For you that may look like feeling stuck between identities or unsure where you belong.

My experience in parenting neurodivergent children led me to a passion in assisting other neurodivergent parents to navigate systems to find appropriate resources for children and parents alike. I find that providing a space where parents can feel heard and supported, without judgment, significantly reduces parents' stress and leads to children having more successful outcomes.

As a U.S. Air Force veteran with over 20 years within multiple capacities, I deeply understand how the complexities of military life impact both personal and professional well-being. Transitioning to the civilian world is a significant milestone, but life doesn't pause for the transition. Often, navigating civilian life brings a unique blend of separate yet deeply interconnected stressors.

I believe everyone’s path is unique, even when there are shared struggles, and I approach each person with curiosity and respect. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable being yourself, feel understood, and can move toward change in a way that feels real and authentic for you. My style is collaborative, grounded, and trauma-informed. I use CBT, mindfulness, and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to help clients better cope, understand themselves, strengthen relationships, and build emotional awareness.
