Helps with stressors of military life, deployment, PTSD, MST, and transitioning to life after service. Supports veterans, first responders and their loved ones. Approaches: Emotionally Focused Therapy, EMDR, and aspects of CBT and CPT.
I’ve always had a passion for helping others work through life’s challenges and move toward healing and growth. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor, my journey began working with youth and families, supporting them in processing trauma and navigating difficult behaviors. Since then, I’ve had the privilege of working with adolescents and adults facing complex trauma and helping them find hope and resilience.
My experience also includes working closely with active-duty military members, veterans, and their families—guiding them through the unique stressors of military life, deployment, PTSD, MST, and transitioning to life after service. As someone who personally understands the impact military life can have on families, I approach this work with both professional expertise and heartfelt compassion.
I know that opening up about life’s struggles can be incredibly hard. That’s why I strive to create a welcoming, nonjudgmental space where you feel seen, heard, and supported. My goal is to walk alongside you as you process past experiences, develop effective coping tools, and gain a deeper understanding of how your experiences have shaped your emotional health.
I’m committed to providing inclusive, culturally responsive care to people of all backgrounds—regardless of race, color, culture, sexual orientation, neurodiversity, or spirituality. Everyone deserves a place to heal, grow, and be supported.
You don’t have to face life’s challenges alone. If you’re ready to begin your healing journey, I’m here to support you every step of the way.
